Schedule and Themes for 2019:

May : Cityscapes – consider our urban environments: the good, the bad, the ugly; the sweeping sky-line panoramas as well as intimate street scenes.

June: Birds/Waterfowl – Arizona is the second leading state in the number of bird species living or visiting here. Let’s give the avian species its due.

July: Color – last summer it was black and white, this summer let’s go bold with color – big expanses of a single color to dazzle the eye. It’s about color – no large expanses of black or white.

August: Reflections – images of the world as reflected off water or glass – subtle, a little mysterious, even unsettling.  Create new worlds for the viewer.

September: Street photography – candid images of chance encounters and random incidents in public places. Framing and timing are key.  People may not be viewable but the human presence should be felt.

Volunteers appreciated, contact Judy Brocket or Pam Careau.
